Return and Refund Policy

  1. In keeping with UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this cancellation, return and refund Policy sets out UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION procedures and policies in accepting: 

(a) Product cancellations before the Product is delivered to a User; or 

(b) Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Any return or cancellation of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

1.2. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

2. Terms of cancellation

2.1. Cancellation.

2.1.3 Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, If user decide to cancel the purchase, the user can do so by login in to their respective account.

2.1.1 A user is permitted to fully or partially cancel the orders prior to its dispatch from UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION

2.1.2. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.


3. Refund

3.1 In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall initiate refunds within 4-5 days from the date on which it received the returned product from the User.

3.2 In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will ask you to share your bank account details with us to refund the amount. The refund will reflect in the User’s bank account and/or the User’s UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION Wallet within 4-5 days (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION initiates the refund. All refunds, except for refund to UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION Wallet, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.

3.3 In case of payment made through prepaid mode the amount will be refund to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.

4. Terms of Return and Refund.

4.2. If the User is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION after due verification at its sole discretion) user may initiate a request for returning the product on the platforms. The User shall inform us within 48 hous of receiving the product.

4.11. While raising a request for return on the platforms, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the monies paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. 

The process for initiating the process for raising a return / refund / exchange request is:

4.4. Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account section.

4.5. Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the             instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID. Kindly drop an email at order@Neearafashion.com with attached images or video of the product. 

4.9. UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the Products are received in accordance with the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

4.3. Subject to the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION offers users an easy return/refund policy. UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION also accepts partial returns. 

 If a User has purchased Products which form a part of a package of other products, or if the product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the User shall be required to return all the products that form a part of the Bundled Package for UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION to process refunds. 

For illustrative purposes, if the User has purchased a pair of ear rings with pendent set or mang tika as (one) one product or bundled package the user will be required to return both the ear rings and Pendent set or Mang tika. User will not be allow to return either only ear rings or pendent set or Mang tika. It is hereby clarified that if the Bundled Package consists of any Non-returnable product along with other products, the user shall return all other products except the Non-Returnable Products

If UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION found that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall reserve the right to reject the refund of the Product.

The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and are among other conditions,

Unused, unwashed, with price tags (If have) intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odour. 

4.17. In the event a User returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories, gifts or other items originally bundled with such product, UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to refuse to (i) (a) accept the return of such Product, or (b) process any refund thereof, or (ii) deduct the amount payable in respect of such items from the amount of refund such User is entitled to.

4.18. UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by the user towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is further clarified that UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall not be required to make any refund or return the Product that it deems ineligible for a refund or return based on such quality checks.

UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION reserves the right to alter and enforce this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

4.19 UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.

4.20. If the request for refund is undisputed by UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION the refund should reflect in the User’s bank account and/or the User’s Neeara Fashion wallet within 4 to 5 days (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION initiates the refund.

Items acquired during a unique promotional campaign, competition, sale, or other special program are not eligible for exchange or refund.


Please remember the following: You must provide the pictures and the unboxing video of the incorrect goods in its original, fully packaged state.
b. Please make sure the video is clear and that the jewelry's broken, defective, or missing portions are zoomed in on.
c. You need to email/Whatsapp us a video showing the original box with the tags still on it.We will not be able to fulfill any more requests if the video is not supplied in accordance with the specified guidelines.
d. To move the request along, we will need a 360-degree unpacking video of the package. Please be aware that your claim could not be honored if there is insufficient proof or obvious indications that the packet has been tampered with. In each of these situations, the UNIDOT BUSINESS SOLUTION retains the rights for decision to proceed with.

Note:

  • For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the unboxing video of the product received.

  1. For defective and wrong. You can do so by clicking on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the Salty.co.in Website and follow the instructions to upload the images.Please keep in mind the following–You need to share the images, unboxing video for wrong product with fully packed condition.

  2. Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelery is highlighted in zoom.

  3. You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.

  4. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

  • In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on queries@salty.co.in or whatsApp us on +91-8920090489. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48-72 hours with the best available resolution.

    Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

  • In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts.

  • Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.

  • Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) incurred by you for processing such returns.

  • In case the charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer's refund. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

  • Any single jewellery in a combo/ gift box cannot be replaced or returned.

  • Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.

4.22. If a user wish to return of purchased product he/she will have to send it our ware house on below mentioned address on his/her expense.
